Nicole's Journey
Hi, I’m Nicole—an esthetician, educator, and entrepreneur passionate about helping others build confidence and create real opportunities through beauty. Starting in Pennsylvania, my journey started early. I began practicing beauty services on family members, and it didn’t take long before people around me started noticing—neighbors and friends began asking for brow services and manicures, naturally growing my interest in the industry and client experience.
That same energy carried into my entrepreneurial mindset. Before social media, I was finding brand ambassador opportunities, selling products, and learning how to create income on my own terms.
After exploring different paths, I realized I was meant to build something of my own. In 2010, I enrolled at South Hills Beauty Academy in Pittsburgh, where I became a licensed nail technician and esthetician—and everything shifted.In 2013, I made a bold move to Atlanta to fully pursue my beauty career and expand my opportunities in the industry.
Early in my career, I worked in a variety of beauty environments, gaining hands-on experience in nails, body waxing, and eyelash services. Over time, I discovered my true specialty and passion—refining my skills in eyebrow shaping, waxing, and tinting, alongside results-driven facial services. Inspired by my own experience with severe acne, I became dedicated to creating effective science-based skincare solutions that deliver real results for all skin types. In 2016, I took a leap and launched Nicole’s Beauty, along with my skincare line focused on performance and confidence.
My first location opened in Midtown Atlanta, where I began building my clientele and brand foundation. As demand grew, I expanded in 2018 into a storefront in Glenwood Park, becoming known for transformative brow and facial services. Today, Nicole’s Beauty is located in Castleberry Hill and continues to grow both locally and globally.
As my business evolved, so did my purpose. I realized I was called to do more than services—I wanted to teach, mentor, and help other beauty professionals build sustainable, profitable careers.
With over 16 years of experience and 10 years in business, I now offer hands-on training, virtual education, and mentorship programs designed to help others turn their skills into income and independence. Beyond the treatment room, I am passionate about community impact and education. I speak to youth groups and nonprofit organizations about healthy skincare routines, hygiene, and self-confidence—helping the next generation build strong habits and self-worth.
My work has also expanded internationally. I’ve taught brow waxing and tinting classes in Barcelona, Spain, and Jamaica, and I am currently learning Spanish to better serve and educate a global, bilingual audience.
My product line, Nicole’s Beauty, offers science-backed skincare designed for real results, including a cleanser and moisturizer, and has expanded to include professional brow tint and a growth serum formulated to support fuller, healthier brows and lashes.
